Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product purchased, whether access has been delivered, whether a report has been generated, and whether setup or consulting work has started.

  • Digital reports may not be refundable once generated, downloaded, unlocked, or delivered.
  • SaaS subscription payments may be cancellable for future periods.
  • Setup fees may be non-refundable once work has started.
  • Duplicate or mistaken payments can be reviewed.
  • Customers must contact support within 7 days for refund review.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on product type, access, delivery status, and payment method.
